To my lovely,
I ask that you please come to Peterborough ON, seeing as that you are so dandy. Come spiff up my town; it is sorely in need of some yodeling. What’s in it for you? A swim in the Otonobee, perhaps retrieve a bicycle or two from its depths. Fraternize with the window washer with the marvelous voice. We do have an exceptional retirement community. I wish that you would consider.
In admiration,
Trout Nesbitt

Hey Petunia, it was great hangin' on my balcony with you and Harry. And I especially had fun during the crazy night at the Castle. I hope you come through Calgary again soon. You know you always have a place to stay with us.

Dear Sir:
I was happily innagurated into your 'fan club-at-large'last night, at Studio 112 in SJ, thanks to the fine taste and good sense of my friend, who has long been aware of your outstanding talent.
In a world where matching suits, matching cars, and 'water cooler conversation' are becoming depressingly more evident, your music and your show are the most welcome of salves. I thank you, then, for rescuing me, if only for an evening, from the orthodoxy of yuppies, for helping me to remember that ice cream is cold and that rivers flow. Kind regards.

I don't know what it is about this music but I love it. It's not typical of my taste in music but I think this music is absolutely wonderful. I seen Petunia live one day and since then I have had the music inside my head. Hope to see you live again someday.

Hello again. Since I'm on this site, I thought I might as well add my words...After several shows, I still keep coming back for more. Atmosphere is everything, between and amongst the musician(s) snd the crowd. I search for it, though it's not always easy to find.

Guthrie, Williams, Cash...you bring back memories of them all but you are memorable in your own way. Never have I witnessed someone so genuine on the stage. Thanks for bringing us back in time once again in Halifax.

I'm in love with it Petunia, that's all that needs to be said. Noone can say "they don't make em as good as they used to" anymore, because you proved that someone does.

Hello my friend...it has been far too long. Many miles, many gigs and many tales have kept me from swooning of late...but know you are in my heart and a great number of people have heard your blissful ways. Most respectfully yours (praying that time and opportunity merge),

I regret having only seen you perform once & that was a couple of years ago in St. Andrews. It'd be great to see you come back to Saint John. We don't get enough live roots music here. Keep doing what you're doing & hope to see you soon in Surf City.
